2020 / 2021 Bowls Season

Yes folks, after a very trying few months for all, Bowls is back 🙂

Due to COVID 19 the BDBD board have come up with a revised schedule for the upcoming pennant season.

Pennant will now comprise of a 14 week season with 2 weeks of finals.

Midweek commences Tuesday 17th November

Saturday commences Saturday 21st November

With restrictions on the number of bowlers allowed per rink, schedules for games will look a lot different this season.

Possibly more Friday night games, Saturday double headers and maybe even Sundays.  It will be a whole new look to what we are usually accustomed to.

Even though things will and have changed, the BDBD, Clubs and everyone involved in putting together pennant this season under these trying times should be commended on the hard work and effort they have put in so we can all play this wonderful game.
